Many institutions started around 30 years ago are facing a new problem now. In fact now they are realizing that education level of workers working in their institutions is not much better. These institutions selected them at that time because they were suitable according to profile of that time. But after a time institution felt that these old workers are not even graduate and according to increasing educational level of the whole customer base they need to be upgraded. Many international institutions are facing this problem.

Domino's - one of the world's biggest pizza companies has also facing these situations. It has a big number of workers who joined the company after secondary education. Later company feld that these boys should do graduation while working as a delivery boy. So Domino's launched a business administration course of 3 years tieng up with IGNOU. This course actually launched so that educational level of these less educated workers can be improved and they can cooperate in their professional development.

So, the ideas is if you upgrade your workers providing them any training or knowledge, the probability of staying them with you will be increased.
